I also have experiences with individuals facing the difficult journey of loss, bereavement, and terminal illnesses.
I employ a collaborative, holistic, and caring approach to therapy in my work with the aim of cultivating hope, facilitating healing, and promoting resilience. I am dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where clients feel comfortable enough to talk about difficult issues and emotions without fear of judgment. I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client and work with them at their own pace. I find great satisfaction in working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. In my work with individuals struggling with their mental and emotional health, relationship issues, and life challenges, I collaborate with them to establish treatment goal plan for recovery.
