About

I am an Ontario-licensed Social Worker with a strong commitment to helping improve the mental health of our communities and supporting our clients in their search for meaning, balance, and healing. I have more than 19 years of experience working with individuals and families to achieve positive mental health outcomes. In my counselling approach, I appreciate people’s differences and the diversity of cultures of my clients, acknowledging and respecting their worldviews and cultural identities.

I am passionate about supporting people to function the best way they can in their environment, develop healthy relationships and solve personal and family problems. I provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and social rehabilitation to facilitate clients’ physical, social, cultural, and emotional well-being and build positive relationships.

I am trained in and specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
